Birthday Parties

Let Stamford Ninja Academy Host Your Next Birthday Party!

If you are looking for an entertaining kids party venue, Stamford Ninja Academy is the place to go in Stamford, CT. Our venue is just a short drive from the communities of Darien, Norwalk, Westport, New Canaan, and Greenwich, CT. Our ninja facility offers a great alternative to home birthday parties! This means FUN for all the kids and less work for you! Your children will be challenged to an hour of fun ninja obstacle training with three of our professional ninja staff in most cases, and then a half hour for food and cake! If you are planning a birthday party for your son or daughter, we invite you to contact us and reserve your spot today!

Parties book up quickly so please book your party well in advance.

How It Works

  • Parties start at 6 years old, but all guests must be at least 5 years old to participate, and no older than 14.  We can comfortably handle a maximum of 27 participants, but can go up to 36 with additional staff.  You are the only people in the gym during your party.
  • During the 1st hour, your children will be challenged to fun obstacle training with our professional ninja staff. After the hour in the gym, you have 30 minutes for food and cake (you must supply the food and drinks). NO ONE is allowed back into the ninja area after the activities are completed. Piñatas and helium balloons are NOT allowed, sorry.
  • Parents are NOT allowed in the ninja area (on the mats) for safety reasons, but can watch from the bleachers and benches.
  • Presents should be brought home to be opened as there just isn’t enough time without shortening the gym time.
  • Gratuities are not included in the cost of the party and can be given directly to the instructors if you enjoyed the party.
  • For pizza, we recommend Bronx House at (203) 883-8883. Mention Stamford Ninja Academy for a $14.00 Large Pie (plus tax) with $2 toppings! They deliver too!!
  • Guest parents MUST fill out the waiver at the link below if they haven’t done so in the past year, please include with your invitation.

Party Price + What You Get

  • 1 – 15 children: $550
  • Additional $25 per child after 15
  • Deposit: $100 – will be charged to your card after your registration is reviewed. Remainder will be paid after your party ends.

Party Details

  • Attire: Play Clothes, SNEAKERS ARE REQUIRED, preferably with laces for tightness.
  • Paper Goods: Generic white are supplied including plates, cups, forks/spoons, napkins OR bring your own.
  • Food: You supply your own food and drinks. We have a refrigerator & freezer for storing cold items.
  • We help to setup, serve, and cleanup!

How to Register

  1. Click on appropriate date from the calendar below. If the calendar is blank on that day then we are not holding parties on that day. If there is a “0” next to the date then it is already booked.
  2. Once you click on a time slot in a date box, a registration form will come up. Enter the family info then click on the blue + sign to enter ninja info.
  3. Your credit card will be charged the $100 deposit within 48 hours. The Party Deposit of $100 is non-refundable 4 weeks or less before party unless we can fill the spot, or if you are able to rebook the party.

Important Information for Your Guests

To get your party started right away, please include the following information with your invitations for your guests:

  • All guests must be in PLAY CLOTHES (no dresses)
  • Must be at least 5 year old and in kindergarten
  • SNEAKERS are REQUIRED
  • Please leave all jewelry at home
  • Please do not be late – our warm-ups teach the ninjas the basis of movement necessary for the obstacles
  • All new parents MUST fill out the waiver at the link below.
